How long will my project take?

Bathrooms typically run a few weeks, kitchens and basements longer depending on layout changes, permits and material lead times. You get a schedule before demolition starts and updates throughout.

Do you help with design and material selection?

Yes. Our design support team translates your vision into drawings and material palettes — cabinetry, tile, stone, fixtures and finishes — so decisions are made before the crew arrives.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

We pull the required permits and coordinate inspections, and every aspect of the work is completed to code.

How do you handle insurance claims?

We work directly with insurance companies to coordinate estimates, documentation, and approvals for covered repairs and remodels. Our team communicates with adjusters on your behalf so the project stays on track and you stay informed at every step.

Is your work warrantied?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work with a warranty, so you have peace of mind from day one.

Can I stay in my home during the remodel?

In most cases yes. We contain dust, protect finished areas and clean the site daily. For whole-home projects we'll talk through what's realistic before we start.
